You can email Rachel and book a free discovery call if you are feeling stuck in a rut and need a new perspective on an old situation and feel coaching might be for you. The call will be to get an idea of what you want and if you feel Rachel can help. Some people get a lot out of just that call alone which is free so there’s nothing to lose.
If you choose to book in some sessions then you can do so with Rachel either via email, text, WhatsApp or a phone call.
If you aren’t sure what coaching is but would like to know more and understand how it might help you but would rather discuss it via email or text then please do.

Minimum of 4 sessions per booking.
Each session must be paid for 24hrs in advance of each session and cancellations must also be made 24hrs in advance or they will still be charged. (We say 4 sessions as a minimum amount because it can take a few sessions for you to start to see and feel the difference.)
